Whats services do you guys offer?

We offer personal training, predominantly in a small group setting. With no more than 6 people in each group. The clients that have been with us from our 1 on 1 days are loving this because it gives them another community center and support group.

We also offer personalized nutrition counseling.

What are your hours?

Right now our earliest client is at 6 am, and we go all day until 8 pm. Times can change, and we can even add times if there is a need.

How often can we come in, do we need an appointment?

Yes, you need an appointment. We do not have an open gym membership for people to come in on their own. We like to keep our sessions private & personalized. It helps keep the gym clean.

We offer programs that are 2 times a week, and up to unlimited sessions a week.

Do you guys keep it clean?

Absolutely. We clean every day, and especially after every session. We also hire a private cleaning person to come in every other week to do a deep clean.

What's the cancellation process like?

We offer a month-to-month program and all that is required to cancel is a 15 day notification.

We also offer a 12 month contract. There is no cancelation option for this one. The reason is because this program leads to greater motivation and results. If you knew you had a way out then you would not be as dedicated to the program.

We do take into consideration unpredictable circumstances.  In rare cases we would discuss all options with the client before we make a decision on this matter.

Book an appointment with us on our calendar. We will meet with you at the gym to walk you through the onboarding process. We will use that time to give you a tour, and do a posture assessment & movement screen (easy peasy).

Where do I park?

We have an alley next to us with four free parking spots. These are first come first served. If these are occupied, then there are 2 nearby parking structures that are free all day until 7 pm.

The cost varies depending on the client's needs and wants. We prefer to get you in on a consultation and do a posture assessment & movement screen. This way we know which service is best for you.

What forms of payment do you guys take, and how do we pay?

We place all our clients' credit/debit cards on a weekly autopay structure. We take MasterCard, Visa, American express, and Discover.
