
Follow along with me as I do an exercise called "Sun Gods". This is a super-duper-set of pushups and shoulder presses. This will burn!
If you can't make it all the way to the end, then just do as many as you can.
Always try to beat your last time.
Add this into your routine if it has become stale, or if you feel you are in a plateau with your chest and shoulders routine.

Its a push up and shoulder press together
You do one pushup, then one shoulder press
two pushups, two shoulder presses
three pushups, three shoulder presses
you get all the way to ten, and then you come back
you start taking it off
so nine, nine pushups, nine presses
eight pushups, eight presses
all the way back to one
see how long it takes you, have fun with it
its a really cool workout routine that I learned
ah man, like ten years ago when I first started training
