This mom and wife joined us this past December and has been absolutely crushing it with her consistency ever since.
She recently shared some love about her experience with us, and we wanted to pass it along:

“Alright review is long overdue but I’m always very careful when leaving one because I truly want to invest in describing my experience whether good or bad. ELITE fitness is hands down the best 👌🏼 at what it does helping us newbies get introduced to what gym life can be or is.
I started the group sessions back mid Dec 2025 and I was nervous having not exercised in about 10 yrs and only having desk jobs. And let’s just say physically I was feeling at my worst and definitely at my heaviest weight but I decided to refocus on my health and so I doom scrolled for days finally landing on their Instagram page.
And I reached out to schedule a meet and greet the way I was treated with so much patience and understanding of my lack of knowledge was amazing I immediately felt at ease. From first session to now the coaches have always made me feel empowered and capable of finishing my workouts. Their encouragement and push is what gets me coming back week after week, the connections I’ve made with the other participants great.
Being a unusual introverted person it can be hard for me to build new friendships or feel at ease in group settings but all the Elite staff are amazing at putting me at ease and every session is full of hard work but also fun. I highly recommend this location if your looking to start exercising and need that group setting this is definitely it the trainers have years of experience and actually are there to help you and make your experience the best one every single time this is the gym fam you want 😊”
