Stressful times wreak havoc on our health.
When you encounter stress, the amount of negative effects to the body and mind are more than detrimental.
When stress is present, that is the time to double down and focus on your health and fitness.
The problem is people get too overwhelmed by the stress and never give it the time and focus it deserves.
The biggest reason?
Lack of Accountability and Guidance on what to do.
In times of stress, having someone fill the gap for you and tell you exactly what to do to battle the stress is a win-win strategy.
Most people are NOT health & fitness experts and may not even know how to exercise or eat differently during times of stress.
Here’s a review from one of our members that reached her goals. Even during Covid-19, Virginia literally loss tons of body fat and gained a great amount of muscle. She credits her success to tracking.
Virginia actually started the whole process in June of 2019 before the pandemic. And she did not falter once Covid came. If anything, she doubled down.
“I’ve been a client of this gym for years, and I have known the owner, Joaquin, when he was my personal trainer at a big-box gym. I’ve lost almost 70 pounds with exercise and mindfully eating healthy food. I’m a 65 year old who walks with a cane. Joaquin is focusing on getting my back, legs and arms strong again to give me to stamina to chase my two toddler grandkids. I now walk over 10K steps a day and work out with Joaquin, on FaceTime, in the comfort of my family room with minor exercise equipment, 2X a week, which will continute until I feel comfortable enough to return to his gym. With his gym now reopening, Joaquin is dedicated to requiring masks and cleaning throughly after each client if you want to come in. Small gyms are the way to go until we have a vaccine.“
Virginia participated in our virtual personal training sessions and now is a regular back in the gym for our small group personal training sessions…mask and everything.
She also took the time to get a better handle on the food she was eating. Consequently, she has driven up her energy levels and lost body fat weight from that.
