Tracking Mastermind

We just concluded our Mastermind class on how to track using food log apps.

We took our clients through a beginning course on how to use MyFitnessPal, and it lasted an hour.

We learned about BMR and AMR, and how to calculate these two numbers.

Our clients went away with a wealth of knowledge. Not only did the trainers share their knowledge, but the clients themselves shared their experience with the tracking app.

If you’ve never tracked before, you could feel like you are navigating in the dark when it comes to it, but once you get going and build some traction, it becomes easy and even fun.

We explained to our clients that this is not something you do forever. If you do it for a month, you’ll start to notice that you recognize the calories and macros of what your eating. You do not have to do this everyday for the rest of your life- unless you want to.

If you are investing in your health with your money and time, then tracking is something you should get into.
