Its called the hip Hinge.
There's many ways you can it. I'll show you a couple right now.
And the best times to do it is when you wake up in the morning, during the middle of the day when you're are work and you've been sitting for a long time.
And also maybe at night before bed. Okay, here they are.
So those are jus a couple of different variations you can do.
You can use your bed if its high enough, you can use your desk, your kitchen counter.
The most important thing to remember is to keep your back flat.
And just consistently do it.
Your gonna feel a lot better, you're gonna loosen up your hips and your hamstrings and you're gonna feel good.
