Bobby’s story

This guy just amazes me.

Bobby had stage 4 cancer, and beat it.

Also, another story about him is that a couple years ago, he fell and broke his leg.

But that didn’t stop him from continuing his workouts with us.

He came to us and said “ok, keep me working out. thats what I pay you guys for.”

I love that mentality, because he is absolutely right. Had he stopped working out because of a broken leg, he might not have ever restarted.

The hardest part of working out is starting. So why would you want to do that over and over again?

Once you start going to the gym, try to fight to make it a habit. The results are in the consistency. You cant get in shape if you keep starting and stopping.

For the next 4 months, Bobby came in a wheel chair, and we did upper body movements until we could do physical therapy on his leg.

Talk about no excuses!!!!
