We are currently doing a 6 week fitness challenge called “Fall Into Fitness.”
This program gives prospective members a chance to try our personal training service out. They get 6 weeks of personal training and they can come up to 4 times a week.
It also gives our current members a chance to come up to 5 times a week. Clients get a handbook that guides them through the 6 weeks with nutrition advice. And they also get a Fall cookbook with 7 recipes each for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks.
Some of our clients goals for the challenge are to increase muscle mass, lose body fat, and even just to create a stronger workout habit.
This program will take them all the way to thanksgiving week, and hopefully provide them with a stronger workout habit going into the holiday season.
This program provides a couple things- more sessions for them to come to each week, a kick in the butt, and more accountability. Hopefully you can participate in next years challenge.
